Phone Number Validation for sending SMS or MMS
This widget uses the Developer Garden subscriber number validation:
Before you send the text message, you can enter your cell phone number as the sender. This function allows recipients to respond directly to the text message. To avoid misuse of the system, each new phone number undergoes unique validation beforehand using a key word text message to check the correct sender phone number.
If you don't want to integrate this service yourself, you can use our widget to validate your number.
All you have to do is enter your Developer Center log-in and the telephone number you want to register in the boxes top right on the widget form and click on "Request key".
You will then receive a text message from Deutsche Telekom containing your registration key. Enter that in the newly opened entry field and click on "Validate”.
If you want to know which numbers you have already validated, click on "Show all validated numbers” after entering your Developer Center log-in. You will then be shown a list of all numbers and have the option of invalidating them.
