Application for online shops and logistics service providers with automated communication process, which defines the individual organization steps.
The application supports online shops and logistics service providers in particular with an automated communications process, whereby individual action steps can follow one another.Example:A customer has bought a washing machine in an online shop. They want to have it delivered at a specific time.
- A telephone call is made to the customer’s landline number by the supplier’s customer supporter after the order process has been completed (API used: VoiceCall), so that a date can be agreed in person.
- If the customer cannot be reached, the application automatically calls their mobile phone number (API used: VoiceCall).
- If the customer cannot be reached directly, a text is sent (API used: SendSMS), which contains date notification information.
The application can therefore ensure increased efficiency at the supplier with various contact methods – the deliverer saves on time and costs, e.g. by reducing unnecessary trips.
The customer also gets better service, as they are contacted in diverse ways and informed about the delivery.
