Recording personal data
When you visit the Developer Garden, its Internet server temporarily records the domain name or IP address of the requesting computer and the access date, the file request of the client (file name and URL), the HTTP response code, the Internet page from which you are visiting us and the number of bytes transferred as part of the connection. This data is deleted after the respective Internet session. Under certain circumstances the Developer Garden saves some information as “cookies” so that the Developer Garden can be optimized according to your preferences.
Personal data that goes beyond this scope (your) name, (your) address, telephone number or e-mail address, will not be recorded, unless this information is volunteered by you, e.g. as part of an online order for an opened service, a survey or a competition. Personal data that is recorded during a visit on the Internet pages of Deutsche Telekom Group companies or corporate units is only processed in accordance with the legal regulations of the country in which the respective company is based.
Using and forwarding the personal data named
The Developer Garden only uses your personal data for the technical administration purposes of the Internet page and to meet your wishes and requirements. This data is only used by the Developer Garden when you have first given your consent to the Developer Garden, including for product-related surveys and marketing purposes – naturally only to the extent required for each specific case. No forwarding to third parties is made, unless you have consented to this or the Developer Garden is obligated to do so to official state authorities on the basis of legal regulations.
