Developer Garden, Deutsche Telekom's developer platform, now offers a programming interface in cooperation with AutoScout24 that allows developers to integrate the AutoScout24 marketplace search into any application. By accessing the interface, the search mask and various customizable results lists from Europe's largest online automobile market can be integrated into web, desktop and mobile applications. The API can be used free of charge.

A wide range of deployment options: from sales driver to market research

The AutoScout24 API can be deployed in a wide range of applications: from integrating the car search function into websites, through specific dealer software to mobile applications. Car dealers can integrate the AutoScout24 marketplace to specifically drive their sales or for market research purposes. Private automobile fans can use the integrated car search to add value to their website.

Search parameters and design can be customized individually

The search parameters can be individually customized to any application. Configurable parameters include: vehicle brand and model, vehicle body type, date of initial registration, mileage, final price and radius (based on zip code). The way in which search results are displayed can also be modified. The programmers can use filters or have the results arranged according to certain criteria, as required (e.g., lowest/highest price first). The search results can be outputted in XML, JSON or text format.

Software Development Kit (SDK) simplifies programming

The Developer Garden provides developers with a Software Development Kit, eliminating the need for routine development tasks and substantially reducing the programming involved.
