The VOIS® application was developed by Fassbender Consulting GmbH on behalf of an insurance company and is provided to brokers and agents to assist in processing their insurance applications.In the motor vehicle insurance area, for example, motorists need an electronic insurance confirmation number to register a vehicle. This number is sent directly to the motorist from VOIS®, using the Send SMS API from the Developer Garden.

The insurance companies provide VOIS® to the agents free of charge. Fassbender Consulting is initially offering the SMS delivery as a free service.
