Detailed Information
The Click2Call extension for the Magento Webshop makes it easy to integrate telephony into the eCommerce shop solution. The Callservice extension is an additional extension to this service.
Click2Call
After installing the Click2Call extension, shop owners can configure their account username, password and other data in the Magento Shop backend area.
Visitors to the webshop can use a shop integrated Click2Call box to call the shop owner by entering their number and then clicking "Call."
Callservice
After installing the Callservice extension, PIN and shopping cart symbols are added to the Click2Call function.
You now have a checkbox that you can configure in the backend area in the Click2Call box along with a declaration of consent.
Visitors to the webshop will see a security PIN each time they access the site. They need to give this number to the call center sales agent as soon as their call goes through.
