1. Overview

The front-end plug-in of the Conference Call extension enables you to create conference calls and conference templates. The back-end module displays the plug-in's usage statistics.

2. Feature overview

You can use this extension to create scheduled and ad-hoc conferences. You can save and also launch a conference template in the cloud.

During a conference you can mute or redial into subscribers.

Use the plug-in's extension options to set the maximum duration of the conference, the maximum number of subscribers, and other restrictions.

2.1 Creating a conference

2.2 Querying the list of conferences

This form may display the following information:

• Ongoing conferences,
• Scheduled conferences,
• Failed, and
• Unsaved conferences.

A conference template has the same restrictions as a conference.
