ImmobilienScout24 REST API
Incorporate ImmobilienScout24's REST API into proprietary applications
Properties, price information, personalized services such as wish lists and much more from Germany's largest online real estate marketplace ImmobilienScout24 can now be incorporated into desktop and web applications as well as mobile applications using the REST API from ImmobilienScout24. This API puts real estate professionals, such as real estate agents, housing associations or developers in a position to show their portfolio on their websites and to offer visitors to their sites genuine added value via the great many search features that this API offers, thus making their marketing with ImmobilienScout24 more successful. It is also possible to work with the entire data available to ImmobilienScout24, e.g., as a blogger or an SEO specialist.
Above all, REST is also optimized for the development of mobile apps. ImmobilienScout24 will make more features, data and services available via its REST API each month. The facility to upload properties via the REST API is scheduled to be launched in December 2011, for example. ImmobilienScout24's API can be used free of charge.

Flexibility thanks to individually configurable search parameters
The search parameters can be individually configured for each application, enabling you to adjust the search to suit your needs. For instance, real estate agents or housing associations could choose only to have properties for purchase or rental displayed in the search results on their website which they sell or rent themselves, thus increasing their sales figures and binding prospective customers. The operator of a real estate blog, on the other hand, could adjust the results so as to only display certain properties in a city, region or price category.
The configurable search parameters include:
- Type of property
- Properties for purchase or rental
- Furnishings and state
- Region, district, zip code radius search
- Rental state
- Construction phase
- Heating type
- etc.
You can customize not only the search parameters, but also the presentation of the search results. You can use filters or have the results sorted according to particular criteria (e.g., price, Scout ID, number of rooms, living space from lowest/highest).
The documentation contains an overview of all the configuration possibilities.
If your search is successful, you can have the results displayed to you in XML, JSON or text format. The results supplied each contain a hyperlink to the relevant detailed pages at ImmobilienScout24.de.

- etc.
The documentation contains an overview of all the configuration possibilities.
