Conference Call API at a glance

Conference Call is a simple web service for connecting multiple phone numbers to telephone conferences in the fixed and mobile networks, both nationally and internationally. The participants are either automatically called at the start of the conference (dial-out) or dial-in themselves (dial-in). This way, desktop, web and mobile applications can be extended by telephone conference functionalities across platforms.

  • Conferences can be launched immediately (ad hoc conferences)
  • Dial-out: Participants are automatically called at the specified time
  • Dial-in: Dialing in to conferences in progress possible
  • Conference server messages customizable
  • Conferences can be planned up to 365 days in advance

  • Moderator role with special rights: Participants can be added, removed, and put on mute during the conference via a web service
  • If the initiator of the conference cannot be reached, he can be called back a number of times.
  • No special knowledge of VoIP, PBX, ISDN, etc., required

Flexibility thanks to individually configurable parameters

When planning a conference, several parameters can be defined (and changed again at any time): for example, who should be called on what day, at what time, and for how long. At the specified time, the conference initiator and all invited conference participants are automatically called.

The organizer of a conference also decides whether a subscriber’s number should be hidden or displayed. Furthermore, additional participants can quickly be added while the conference is underway. It is also no problem to exclude individual subscribers or to put them on mute.

If there is much more to discuss than planned, the original conference duration can easily be extended.

Simple price structure - no basic fees or one-time payments

The costs for conference calls are reduced to the level of those for our Voice Call API. At the same time, an additional flat rate of 3 cent per minute will be charged for conferences in future. The number of conference participants makes no difference to the additional charge.

Billing is carried out using the prepaid system or, on request, by invoice.
